The holiday home "Kojakovic" is located near Dubrovnik, in the town of Orasac about 12 km from the UNESCO listed municipality of Dubrovnik . The house is rented the whole year. It disposes of an air condition plant (cool and heat) which makes it possible to enjoy a nice stay also in the cold months of the year. The house is fully air conditioned and has a kitchen with dining room, living room with a sofa bed, 2 bedroom with double bed, SAT / TV, two shower / WC and a terrace with table and chairs (and a sea view).
